High speed Wi-Fi, smart tv's, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ grill, full size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board. Upstairs and downstairs living rooms. Separate thermostat for upstairs and downstairs. The house will be stocked with essentials such as laundry soap, bath soap, dishwasher tabs, oil, salt/pepper, etc.

All the bedrooms are upstairs. There is 1 king size bed in master bedroom, 1 queen size bed, 1 full size bed, and 2 twin beds. 

The max number of guests is 8.  

Before check-in, the guest will provide a 7 digit code that they will enter in the front door keypad to gain access to the house. 

2 cars may park in the driveway at the back of the house, or one car may park in the designated parking spot in front of the house.
