Also conveniently located close to the Parks Mall and a plethora of restaurants and entertainment located along Cooper Street. 

Swim spa, Wi-Fi, computer desk and 27 in. monitor, smart tv's, fully stocked kitchen, private backyard, fire pit, Z Grill, full size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board. The house will be stocked with essentials such as laundry soap, bath soap, dishwasher tabs, oil, salt/pepper, etc.

This house has 1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds, and 2 twin beds. 

The max number of guests is 8.  

Prior to check-in, the guest will create a custom, 7 digit code that they will enter in the front door keypad to gain access to the house. 

There is parking in the driveway or one car may park on the street.
